    Arguably the most important way to begin a life-changing nutrition course! We need to set the foundations....for your foundations. This is one of my favorite parts of this course, as it is typically the game-changer for all of my whole-health or nutrition clients.

This module will cover as much of the practical application as possible for you!
  • Module 4 | Finish Line! How To Adjust For Fat-Loss / Muscle-Gain
    You're at the finish line! This module reenforces all of the hard work and learning you've just done.
